Payment Policy

It’s been a great pleasure that you are a part of our academy .We value the trust that you placed with The Vedic Brick .This letter is to inform you about the few changes in this academic year 2022.

I would like to inform you that now THE VEDIC BRICK is a legally registered Institution in India with GSTIN number :09ACKPN1936C1ZN since December 2021.The Vedic Brick is also an ISO 9001:2015 certified institution since July 2021

We are a team of teachers who are passionate about their work. In THE VEDIC BRICK we have academic and non-academic programs.
All the parents are requested to go through the updated policies mentioned below:

Payment Policies

Dear Parents, as we have a team of teachers working with us and we should pay their salary on time, let’s agree upon a few points on the payment of the fees. We need your cooperation and support for the same .We will send one reminder message for the payment. It is a humble request to all the parents to pay the fees on the mentioned date as we have to clear the payment of the teaching staff and monthly taxes, as we need to pay the GST as we are a registered academy now.

1)Parents who are taking monthly tuition classes for the academics are requested to deposit the fees before the 7th of every month. Fee paid after 7th, will incur a late fee of Rs 100 per day. As we need to ensure that we pay our teachers on time, Please co – operate .

2)Parents who are taking classes according to 8 or 12 classes on an hourly basis are requested to pay the fees in advance and once the allotted sessions are over, the teacher will share the attendance with the parents, then please pay the fees in advance for the next set of sessions.
Late fees of Rs 200 will be there if the receipt not share befor the due date .
